Where We Ship

We currently ship only to addresses within Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Canadian territories where courier services are limited (e.g., Nunavut, Northwest Territories – please contact us before ordering if you live in a remote area).

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

Delivery Time (Canada)

We partner with reputable carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx. The actual carrier is selected based on your location and package size.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier backlogs. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Free shipping on all orders to eligible Canadian addresses. No minimum purchase required.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our warehouse and office are located in the United States (Great Neck, NY). When shipping to Canada, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for an estimate before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
