Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
In original packaging (including tags, manuals, and any accessories)
Returned due to a quality issue (e.g., manufacturing defect, wrong item shipped, damaged during transit)
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final sale items, and personal care products if the seal has been broken.
How to Return an Item
Email us at info@beistraveel.com with your order number and photos/videos showing the quality issue.
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label (free of charge).
Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any designated carrier location (Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx as indicated on the label).

Return Shipping Cost & Restocking Fee
Return shipping is free for eligible returns (quality issues).
We do not charge any restocking fee.
*Note: If you return a non-defective item (change of mind), we may charge the actual return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee – please contact us before returning such items.*
Refund Timing
Once your return is received at our New York address, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
The refund appears in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, or PayPal.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
